Assisted Wellness: Intensive Partner Yoga Workshop

Vagal nervous system reset using micro current can be done two ways. Either auricular therapy ( via ear points), or through pads on the tummy. Non invasive. 
Initial visit you'll buy the pad for $10 and can rescue until it stops sticking. This can be done between 5 and 5:30 pm and possibly over a lunch hour. please call or text to book

Be sure to wear or bring stretchy clothing as the brunt of pain relief starts with fully clothed integration to target focused pain relief. Then finish the massage with an oil massage if you want. Fully clothed therapy is the best and most highly effective work I provide. Being clothed allows me to perform body healing, body releasing stretch therapy combined with compression, acupressure and resistance with client comfort in mind.

If you hurt in more than one area (such as back and neck, or knee and hip issues), a 2-hour session minimum is where we need to start. 

Standard - 90-Minute Session:

This session is perfect for addressing a single focused area of concern or for those with mild discomfort. It combines a rejuvenating massage with light, targeted attention to the specific problem area, offering both relief and relaxation. If deeper work is needed, techniques like heated bamboo or cupping can be incorporated to enhance results and provide effective relief.

Mat work is best for deeper pressure or more movement. We also can do this work on the table but not able to do all the things that can be done on mat due to lack of gravity, but please know you have a choice.  I utilize passive assisted and isolated stretching and resistance therapy to increase mobility. I use my knees, forearms and feet.   No Oil, no state of undress and no having to get under sheets. I use gravity of the floor to get in to release constrained tissue and limited ROM.  Please note: 2 hour is better for more than one area needing detailed work.

Mat-Thai massage- special pricing

Prenatal Thai Massage combines stretching and pressure points to stimulate circulation. The gentle movements help revitalize your body, promote healing, and reduce swelling. You'll be supported with plenty of pillows to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.

All service times will begin with a short yoga warm up before the Thai massage session as part of the session. 

We accept all trimesters of pregnancy.

Sessions are done fully clothed.  We recommend wearing clothing you can comfortably move in (like yoga or workout clothes).

Bump & Beyond Thai - pre/post natal

To make therapeutic bodywork accessible, I offer a sliding scale for fully clothed bodywork sessions (no oil or product included). 

Healing without Barriers Rate: $65-$80 per hour per session

Limit: Availabe for up to 2 sessions per client
 
Availability: A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are offered each month. Full-paying clients take priority and may bump sliding-scale sessions as needed. 


Please mention if you's like to use the sliding scale when booking. If you are able to pay the full rate, your support helps keep this option available for others in need.

Healing Without Barriers

Full body cupping uses negative pressure throughout the massage. This treatment addresses symptoms of Menopause including emotional upsets, sensitivity, discomfort, and hot flashes whilst the homeopathic remedies provide overall support.

If you have feet pain I have a wide variety of choices including planter fasciitis therapy foot soaks foot scrubs, and hydration therapy that involves wrapping the feet for an additional fee. Prices will vary but generally are charged by time. I will have a list in the office for add ons like Shea butter wraps and hand treatments you can add on.

Reiki and chakra activation sessions to restore physical and emotional harmony. Great for managing stress, anxiety, or emotional blocks
Without some regular TLC, our chakras can become a little untidy and lopsided. A chakra alignment healing session is like a spa treatment for your energetic body – restoring balance, energetic efficiency, and equilibrium

VNS is a quick and easy method to help your body heal itself, showing profound results in just one session. It is approved for treating Long-Haul Covid and is also beneficial for POTS, depression, anxiety, insomnia, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal issues, and more.

Wellness for kids- Fully clothed massage- using stretching and compression in a supervised environment. Parent or legal guardian must remain inside the massage treatment room during the session.

Kids-Stretch session (age 8 to 17)

This session is aimed to completely restore balance to the body. 
Heated bamboo massage then extra attention to Feet, hands, arms, face and scalp along with heated towels, aromatherapy to enhance relaxation.

Fall Renewal Massage

Pampering from head to toe. 
Includes a body polish, moisturizing wrap, scalp massage, and Face mask. Then we will conclude with a full body massage utilizing either cupping or hot stone therapy.
