60 min: Maintenance for one limb only (must already have garment & be stable)
75 min: Maintenance for one limb only (must already have garment & be stable)
90 min: For 1–2 areas, garment follow-up, or early-stage fibrosis
120 min: For complex cases, multiple limbs, or scar-related swelling

Weekly clients may be eligible for a $10 maintenance discount — must book 4 sessions in advance after the first visit.

No oils used. Sessions may involve light skin contact. You may be asked to expose affected limbs or torso as appropriate for swelling assessment and care.

Lymphedema Care – CDT-Based Maintenance

120 min – $160 → REQUIRED for first-time patients who present with swelling
(Includes measurements, compression guidance, scar/fibrosis work, and home-care instruction.)

(Follow-up for minor swelling or post-op patients without compression needs.)

Stretch & Reset – Thai Yoga Session

A 30-minute calming Thai-based stretching session to support growing bodies, ease tension, and improve flexibility. Ideal for posture issues, sports recovery, or general stiffness.

Children are gently guided through supported movement to help their body relax, move better, and feel more balanced.

• Fully clothed session – wear comfy/stretchy clothes
• 30 minutes – $55
• 60 minutes – $85 (by parent request)
• Parent or legal guardian must remain present during every session

Kids Stretch & Reset (Ages 8–17)

Prenatal Thai Massage combines stretching and pressure points to stimulate circulation. The gentle movements help revitalize your body, promote healing, and reduce swelling. You'll be supported with plenty of pillows to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.

All service times will begin with a short yoga warm up before the Thai massage session as part of the session. 

We accept all trimesters of pregnancy.

Sessions are done fully clothed.  We recommend wearing clothing you can comfortably move in (like yoga or workout clothes).

Pre/post natal Thai massage

A fully customized session blending Thai massage, cupping, scar release, and stretching to relieve pain, restore movement, and support nervous system balance.
Sessions begin fully clothed for focused therapy; oil massage available by request.
Pressure ranges from gentle to firm compression — never forceful.
If you enjoy deep pressure, you'll likely love the sustained work in Thai massage and cupping.

• 75 min – Reserved for sensitive or elderly clients who need a shorter session
• 90 min – Ideal for one focused area or general pain relief

Therapeutic Blended

Full body cupping uses negative pressure throughout the massage. This treatment addresses symptoms of Menopause including emotional upsets, sensitivity, discomfort, and hot flashes whilst the homeopathic remedies provide overall support.

Restorative Balance Session

If you have feet pain I have a wide variety of choices including planter fasciitis therapy foot soaks foot scrubs, and hydration therapy that involves wrapping the feet for an additional fee. Prices will vary but generally are charged by time. I will have a list in the office for add ons like Shea butter wraps and hand treatments you can add on.

Foot-herbal & mineral soak

Vagal nervous system reset using micro current can be done two ways. Either auricular therapy ( via ear points), or through pads on the tummy. Non invasive. 
Initial visit you'll buy the pad for $10 and can rescue until it stops sticking. This can be done between 5 and 5:30 pm and possibly over a lunch hour. please call or text to book

Ease low back discomfort and increase hip mobility with gentle, supported stretches. 
Utilizing specialized techniques, you’ll engage in assisted movements designed to promote flexibility and ease discomfort in these key areas. This session is perfect for couples seeking to deepen their bond while fostering physical comfort. $50 per person

Assisted Wellness: Low Back and Hips

To make therapeutic bodywork accessible, I offer a sliding scale for fully clothed bodywork sessions (no oil or product included). 

Healing without Barriers Rate: $55-$85 per hour per session

Limit: Available for up to 2 sessions per client per year
 
Availability: A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are offered each month. Full-paying clients take priority and may bump sliding-scale sessions as needed.
