Lymphatic Drainage-Limb specific (focused)

Ideal for: Swelling, lymphedema, post-op recovery, & oncology support. 
MLD is a specialized type of massage that aims to improve the flow of lymph fluid, which can become stagnant and cause swelling (lymphedema). 
Technique:
It involves gentle, rhythmic, and repetitive hand movements that stimulate the lymphatic system. 
How it works:
MLD uses light skin stretching to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid, helping to open up lymph vessels and move fluid and protein into them. 
Benefits:
MLD can help reduce swelling, improve circulation, boost the immune system, and promote relaxation.

Stretch and Reset- is a fully clothed Thai yoga session, designed to gently move and support your body through assisted stretches. This relaxing, done-for-you experience helps calm the nervous system, improved flexibility and restore your natural range of motion-perfect for when you feel stiff, tense, or simply need to recharge.

Table or Mat- Stretch Reset Massage

Prenatal Thai Massage combines stretching and pressure points to stimulate circulation. The gentle movements help revitalize your body, promote healing, and reduce swelling. You'll be supported with plenty of pillows to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.

All service times will begin with a short yoga warm up before the Thai massage session as part of the session. 

We accept all trimesters of pregnancy.

Sessions are done fully clothed.  We recommend wearing clothing you can comfortably move in (like yoga or workout clothes).

Pre/post natal Thai massage

Wellness for kids- Fully clothed massage- using stretching and compression in a supervised environment. Parent or legal guardian must remain inside the massage treatment room during the session.

Kids-Stretch session (age 8 to 17)

Be sure to wear or bring stretchy clothing as the brunt of pain relief starts with fully clothed integration to target focused pain relief. Then finish the massage with an oil massage by request. 
Sessions are customized for each session and each client every time.
Pressure: Less is more when it comes to pain relief in sessions. More pain can actually cause more damage to your system. Did you know it takes 48 hours for your lymph vessel to repair itself?
Time: Realistically an hour session will do little more than release some tension unless its a focused session, like your shoulder, or an ankle,  but pain relief is a whole-body approach, so allowing yourself-mind body connection is a kindness to yourself. Choose accordingly on your time but be realistic on the outcome.

Restorative massage wil oil includes hot stone therapy using gliding strokes.

Hot Stone massage

Ideal for: Clients with specific pain concerns. Includes integrated techniques like cupping, heated bamboo, dolphin neurostim.  
Focused pain relief (e.g., Shoulder pain session, low back relief)
Using one of the following options: 
Active cupping + Stretch Fusion
Dolphin Neurostim Therapy (non-needle accupuncture)
Hot Bamboo and Myofascial therapy- one area

Focused Relief

Full body cupping uses negative pressure throughout the massage. This treatment addresses symptoms of Menopause including emotional upsets, sensitivity, discomfort, and hot flashes whilst the homeopathic remedies provide overall support.

Grief and balance

This session is aimed to completely restore balance to the body. 
Heated bamboo massage then extra attention to Feet, hands, arms, face and scalp along with heated towels, aromatherapy to enhance relaxation.

Spa Renewal Massage

If you have feet pain I have a wide variety of choices including planter fasciitis therapy foot soaks foot scrubs, and hydration therapy that involves wrapping the feet for an additional fee. Prices will vary but generally are charged by time. I will have a list in the office for add ons like Shea butter wraps and hand treatments you can add on.

Foot Spa

Vagal nervous system reset using micro current can be done two ways. Either auricular therapy ( via ear points), or through pads on the tummy. Non invasive. 
Initial visit you'll buy the pad for $10 and can rescue until it stops sticking. This can be done between 5 and 5:30 pm and possibly over a lunch hour. please call or text to book
