Vedic Thai Yoga  aka Thai Yoga Massage or Thai bodywork is therapeutic by combining yoga Ayurveda and Traditional Thai medicine. Based on the concept of energy lines this practice focuses on restoring balance and harmony to the body. 
One notable aspect of this work is you will be fully clothed during the session and recipient receives therapy on the floor in a mat or on a table while the practitioner moves the body around guiding the recipient into asana and movements. 
By working the bod's energy pathways and encouraging deep relaxation, Vedic Thai Yoga aims to address physical tension and discomfort as well as promoting emotional and mental relaxation making this a holistic practice for mental and physical wellness.
